Google drive is a good place.
With this program you capture video
on YouTube and save it as a mp3
I took my g grandaughters voice and converted
to an mp3. Just search google for an online converter.
Then you can save the mp3 to google drive.
Right click on the mp3 and 'Get shareable link'
Change the restricted to 'Anyone with the link'
Highlight the link and copy
Open a new tab. And paste the link. play if you wish.
